Some Information

With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (“coronavirus”), the Kemik Label Team wanted to provide you with an update on our response-to-date and our commitment to the situation moving forward.
The health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers is top priority. First and foremost, please be assured that we will take all appropriate measures in our day to day work operations and continue to monitor all calls-to-action from our Canadian Government.

• Coronaviruses can be eliminated by thorough surface cleaning; doubling our current outsourced cleaning schedule, routinely clean work surfaces, door handles, common elements. Please leave doors open where possible to reduce contact.
• Minimizing access and restricting traffic through our building. Only full-time staff members should be granted entry. Pickup’s do not require a signature – retain name and write it down yourself.
• Strong adherence with our own health protocols; providing necessary hand washing stations and alcohol treatments, gloves, masks. Try to use your own dedicated pen/tools and be aware of your own personal space (min 3 feet)
• Communicating with our employees the importance of social minimization. Including practices outside office hours.
• Employee support for self-isolation, access to government and insurance websites, help where needed. Please let me know any concerns.

Again, we continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide ongoing updates as needed. We also encourage anyone to stay up-to-date through Canada’s Public Health website.
