• All Payments for Website purchases must be made through a valid paypal account and will not be processed until the deposit has been confirmed. 
• Any and all liability for labels supplied by Kemik Labels is limited to the replacement cost of the labels. Kemik Labels Ltd. endeavors to provide a quality product and will not knowingly substitute product with out prior consent of the customer. 
• It is the customers’ responsibility to test material and adhesive prior to ordering. Kemik Labels Ltd. is not responsible for unsaleable product or for correcting the product once a label has been adhered. 
• All UPC’s from provided art or created/printed by Kemik Labels are guaranteed to scan only, not to scan a particular grade. Kemik Labels Ltd. is not responsible for unsaleable product or for correcting the product once UPC labels have been adhered to product. UPC labels that do not scan all will be rerun at no additional charge to the customer.

   

• All claims against Kemik Labels must be made in writing within 10 days after receipt of product. Goods may not be returned without prior authorization.
• There is a 10% over/under run policy on all custom products labels. 
• Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refusal of service.
